TRACTOR/TRAILER DRIVER-MODIFIED

7 weeks/240 hour course* $4,980.00

The cost of all necessary books and materials are included in the tuition. ($75 Registration Fee is included)

REFUND POLICY

In the event a student withdraws or is discontinued prior to completion of the residence course of instruction, the Academy shall be entitled to the following compensation:

A. If the student request cancellation within five business days from midnight of the day of enrollment by telephone, in person, or in writing, the Academy may retain: nothing

B. If the cancellation request is tendered after the five business days the Academy may retain: the lesser amount of 15% or $75.

C. If the cancellation request is tendered after the student attends one or more class

sessions, the Academy may retain: The amount referred to in B. above and all tuition earned (i.e. the pro-rata portion of the total charges that the length of the completed portion bears to the total length of the course.)

Refunds of unearned tuition and fees will be made within 30 days of the date that the student fails to enter or terminates training.

CANCELLATION

The student enrollment contract may be cancelled by the student without penalty or obligation, within five business days from the date signed.If you cancel, any payments made by you will be returned within (10) ten business days following receipt by the Academy of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled.

If you cancel, you must make available to the Academy at your residence, in substantially as good a condition as when received, any supplies delivered to you under this contract; or you may, return the supplies at the Academy's expense and risk.

If you make the supplies available and the Academy does not pick them up within 20 days of your notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of them without any further obligation. If you fail to make the supplies available to the Academy, or if you agree to return them and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract.
